The Patronage !
Individuals and businesses can support the Vodou Castle by donating cash, goods, or skills.
For businesses, the tax relief amounts to 60% of the value of the donation made and is capped at 0.5% of turnover excluding VAT.
Furthermore, the sponsoring company can benefit from the use of our spaces in return.
Here are some examples of hire rates:
Half day, 18 people, sponsorship package: £900 (actual cost £360)
Day, 40 people, sponsorship package €2200 (€880 actual cost)
Evening event, 110 people, sponsorship package £4500 (£1800 actual cost)

The meal
To delight your guests, we offer several caterers and menus according to your wishes, your budget and your expectations (vegan / gluten-free / lactose-free...).
We will create the specifications with you, to satisfy you.
Everything is possible: cocktail reception, seated meal, aperitif, buffet... and we can handle liaising with the caterer.
The equipment
The 3 floors available to you allow you to build an event in your own image, with larger spaces for a conference, but also more intimate ones for workshops and group work.
For your reception, we are making available to you all you need to ensure your event is held under the best conditions: WiFi, tables (round and square), chairs, screen, video projector, flip chart, microphone, sound system.
Cloakroom and security staff will also be present to welcome you.
