Conference by Philippe Charlier, forensic doctor, anatomo-pathologist, archaeo-anthropologist and palaeopathologist<\/strong><\/p>

How to preserve human remains in a museum, keeping them in optimal conditions while also showing them the respect they are due?\u00a0<\/p>

How to present them, then, in what context and in what form?\u00a0<\/p>

With the triple perspective of the forensic doctor, the anthropologist and the archaeologist, but also informed by a thesis on ethics concerning \u00abthe status of the dead body,\u00bb we will attempt to answer these fundamental questions that, at times, make certain museums into rather peculiar cemeteries.<\/p>
